Insight

The sweet spot is data that is more structured than a spreadsheet but does not need a real database, like content calendars and project trackers. It gets slow and expensive as record counts climb into the tens of thousands, and per-seat pricing punishes wider sharing. Complex needs eventually outgrow it. Best for small, shared, structured lists that a team maintains together.
